I’m Rosa, an enthusiastic interior architect based in Helsinki. I love colors, shapes and storytelling. My passion is to create insightful concepts and design unique spaces that tell a story. In my work, I combine a research-based practices and knowledge to develop abstract ideas into a concrete vision and solutions.

As a designer, one of my main values is to increase people's happiness and well-being through my work. I’m convinced that an empathetic approach, sustainable choices and user involvement at different stages of the design process are key to designing spaces that foster meaningful experiences.

I'm inspired by kind confidence, bold creativity and curiosity. These can be seen in my work by appreciating positive change, trust in unconventional ideas, and trying out new materials or techniques.

EG Finland Oy

Project Manager, full time / March 2026 - present

Currently working at EG Finland as a project manager on projects related to the implementation and expansion of the EG Worksense smart-office software, as well as on projects to measure facility utilization rates.

Project Coordinator, full time / August 2025 - February 2026

Worked at EG Finland as a project coordinator on implementation projects for the EG Worksense smart-office software and on projects to measure facility utilization rates.

Junior Consultant, full time / August 2024 - present

Worked as a CAD-specialist in the EG Finland Drawing Services team. I produce, maintain and update customers floor plans in EG’s facility and workplace management systems (SaaS). Customers range from both public and private sector.

City of Turku, Kulttuurin Kärkihanke

Onnellinen tila - Master thesis as commission / February 2023 - July 2023

The Master thesis examines how interior architecture can influence people's happiness and well-being in environments outside of home and work. The focus is on Finnish public library interiors. The thesis contains two sections: The first section is the literature study part, where a literature review is built for the actual plan. The second section is a production part, which includes co-design study with the users and interior concept for the spaces of the children's and youth’s department and the story room of the Pansio library in Turku.

In order to make future-proof design, I rely on practices that value a research-based design process, creative solutions and impactful results. From ideation to execution & beyond.

To tackle the complex design problems it’s essential to focus on the people and fluent co-operation. That’s why I encounter each client and collaborator with compassion and kindness. I prioritize open communication and equal teamwork. As a designer my aim is to understand the clients needs and preferences and be able to respond to them by providing a joyful and collaborative design process and solution that exceeds expectations.
